What would I be doing?
- Conduct professional on-site consultations with clients and adjusters to assess damages and set clear expectations.
- Document damages, sketches, and project details thoroughly within 1 business day of the visit.
- Present tailored reconstruction solutions and guide clients through the pre-construction phase.
- Serve as the main point of contact during the estimating and file care process, providing consistent updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, insurance professionals, and clients.
- Monitor project progress during the insurance phase and assist with problem-solving when challenges arise.
- Ensure seamless handoffs to Project Managers by preparing organized and complete project documentation.
- Drive to various locations for meetings, site visits, and project assessments.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Projects are well-organized from the start, with accurate documentation and clear expectations, leading to smooth transitions between team members.
- Clients feel supported through consistent communication, timely follow-ups, and trusted guidance—reducing cancellations and building loyalty.
- Relationships with adjusters and insurance professionals are strong, leading to effective collaboration and repeat opportunities.
- Customer challenges are solved with professionalism and creativity, transforming potential cancellations into successful projects.
- Strong work ethic & personal accountability

- Technical proficiency (Microsoft/Google Suite, software tools, Xactimate a plus)
