What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Manager position at Entrusted Advisors?
Entrusted Advisors is expanding our bench of experienced contracts managers and transactional paralegals to support ongoing and upcoming client needs. We're actively seeking seasoned professionals to work alongside in-house legal teams and business stakeholders on a variety of commercial transactions.
Representative responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements such as MSAs, SaaS contracts, services agreements, licensing and development agreements, and NDAs
- Developing and updating templates and playbooks
- Tracking and reporting on data related to the contracting lifecycle
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience as a transactional paralegal, including significant experience in a corporate legal department
- Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles and processes; experience supporting procurement functions strongly preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with contract management tools a plus

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
