Entrusted Advisors has an immediate opportunity for an IP litigation paralegal to support one of our clients in a full-time, long-term engagement. This opportunity is ideal for a litigation support professional with who enjoys variety, learning new areas, and contributing across litigation, legal operations, and billing support functions. The role offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge IP litigation with a global company as part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain litigation matter files and SharePoint workspaces
- Save and organize pleadings, filings, and discovery, including working with outside counsel on missing or incomplete filings
- Assist with discovery, including document collection, review, and production within Relativity
- Update litigation calendars, trackers, and monthly reporting materials
- Support expert management, including conflict checks, tracking, and documentation
- Support litigation budgeting, invoice processing, and status tracking
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience supporting U.S. litigation (IP litigation preferred)
- Experience with document collection, review, and discovery processes; Relativity experience strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with litigation processes, pleadings, dockets, and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable supporting varied workstreams
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
