What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Entrust Property Solutions?
Entrust Property Solutions is looking for a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day property operations. In this role, you'll work alongside our Property Manager to maximize financial performance, ensure resident satisfaction, and maintain an exceptional living environment. This is a hands-on position with variety — no two days look the same.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident calls, emails, and inquiries — handling concerns professionally and promptly
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process from first contact through move-in
- Conduct in-person property tours that highlight community features and benefits
- Post and manage resident payments, invoices, and financial move-outs
- Address resident delinquency and handle evictions in accordance with company policy
- Assist with maintenance coordination including scheduling, work orders, and vendor communication
- Collaborate on marketing efforts including ILS listings, social media, and reputation management
- Maintain leasing accuracy in Entrata property management software
- Drive occupancy goals through leasing initiatives, campaigns, and resident retention efforts
- Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, owners, and team members
- Maintain property cleanliness, supplies, and administrative records
- Comply with all Fair Housing laws and company policies
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- 1 years in property management, real estate, sales, or hospitality
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, management, or related field
- Experience with financial reporting and budget management
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and stoop frequently
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to push up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Work performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
