Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Mobile Banking applications within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on consumer lending or indirect lending platforms and should possess a deep understanding of digital banking products and customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to define and deliver mobile banking solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for mobile banking applications.
• Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams to manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning activities.
• Drive enhancements related to Consumer Lending, Indirect Lending, Loan Origination, or Digital Lending platforms.
• Ensure seamless mobile customer experience across iOS and Android banking applications.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with QA, UX/UI, and development teams for successful product delivery.
• Support UAT, production rollout, and post-implementation activities.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Digital Product Analyst.
• Mandatory experience in Mobile Banking applications within Banking/Financial Services domain.
• Hands-on experience with Consumer Lending or Indirect Lending platforms/processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Knowledge of Digital Banking, Loan Origination Systems, Lending Workflows, and Customer Experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with Retail Banking or FinTech organizations.
• Exposure to API integrations, mobile product lifecycle, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with iOS/Android mobile banking ecosystems.
