Title: Senior Mobility Analyst - (PERM and immigration compliance)
Location: San Diego, CA / Austin, TX / Santa Clara, CA
Contract: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $50 - $54/hr. on W2
Job description:
- Own and manage PERM recruitment and labor market testing activities, including the creation and oversight of TA requisitions required for PERM compliance.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility colleagues, hiring managers, Legal, and external immigration counsel to support end-to-end PERM recruitment processes.
- Ensure all recruitment steps meet Department of Labor (DOL) requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
- Qualify and disposition candidates in accordance with PERM regulations and document recruitment outcomes accurately and consistently.
- Complete and coordinate required immigration and recruitment documentation, working with internal partners and outside counsel as needed.
- Monitor timelines, recruitment outcomes, and compliance checkpoints to support successful PERM filings.
- Support process improvements and system enhancements, including business validation and testing when changes impact PERM or related TA workflows.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of evolving immigration regulations and labor market testing requirements, applying updates to operational practices.
- Build effective cross-functional relationships and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on PERM recruitment compliance and execution.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience supporting PERM recruitment and/or employment-based immigration processes, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations and labor market testing best practices; experience working with external immigration counsel strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday, Eightfold, or similar recruiting and talent intelligence platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process discipline in a regulated environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Global Mobility, TA, Legal, and business teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders while maintaining compliance and service quality.
- Continuous-learning mindset and openness to evolving practices, systems, and regulatory requirements.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Immigration, Global Mobility
- Associate’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years of relevant experience
