This part-time hybrid role involves dual responsibilities as a Bookkeeper and an Assistant Building Manager. The position is based in Englewood, NJ, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Key tasks include maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgets, assisting with building maintenance, and supporting overall facility operations. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating between departments, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Building Management and Facility Management (FM) fundamentals
- Experience in Building Maintenance and general upkeep knowledge
- Strong skills in Budgeting and financial planning
