Job Duties / Responsibilities Include
- Maintains design basis for each site and supports maintenance of the licensing basis.
- Provides cost-effective modification designs to improve plant performance.
- Provides technical support to operations, maintenance, engineering, and other site organizations.
- Supports safe, reliable operation by identifying and effectively resolving issues via corrective action and work management processes.
- Develops engineering products in accordance with defined standards and procedures.
- Serves to outage engineering support teams. Attends training and maintains qualifications necessary to perform required group function.
- Seeking an Electrical or Mechanical engineering major to work full time during the designated semester.
- Must be currently enrolled in school full time, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree as indicated above, and enrolled in sophomore year or beyond.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher is required. (on a 4.0 scale)
- Good/Excellent communication skills.
- Experience/proficiency in PC use and applications, depending upon engineering level.
