Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Specialist (Contractor) to support accurate entry, review, and maintenance of employee job and compensation data in our HR systems. The contractor will focus heavily on data accuracy, consistency, and timely processing while supporting HR partners and employees with routine transactions. This role helps ensure high-quality data and supports the overall effectiveness of our HR Services organization.
What you will bring:
- Experience with Workday required; PeopleSoft experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a high commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and the ability to perform minor data analysis.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
• Prior experience with HRIS, data entry, or HR data transactions preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with HR partners and team members.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, while managing multiple priorities.
• Positive, adaptable, and curious approach to learning processes and tools.
