Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Structural Engineer-PE to join our dynamic engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing structural designs, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and delivering innovative solutions for a diverse range of construction projects. Your expertise will support the successful planning, analysis, and execution of structural systems across commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management capabilities, proficiency with advanced structural analysis tools, and a commitment to engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive structural designs utilizing industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Civil 3D to create accurate building information models (BIM) and detailed drafting documents.
  • Perform structural analysis using advanced tools like FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software to evaluate load capacities, stress distributions, and system stability.
  • Conduct building code analysis to ensure all designs meet local, national, and international construction regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage project schedules effectively by coordinating tasks across multidisciplinary teams and ensuring timely delivery of design milestones.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to communicate technical concepts clearly and address project-specific requirements.
  • Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation to support design decisions and facilitate construction processes.
  • Oversee construction activities on-site to verify adherence to design specifications and resolve any structural issues promptly.
  • Apply knowledge of civil engineering principles—including geotechnical considerations—and integrate system design approaches for complex projects.

Requirements

  • A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in structural engineering or related discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in developing structural designs for steel, concrete, masonry, and composite systems.
  • Proficiency with structural analysis tools such as Mathcad, FE Analysis software (FEA), and building information modeling (BIM) platforms including Revit and Civil 3D.
  • Strong understanding of construction regulations, building codes (such as IBC or Eurocode), and safety standards.
  • Demonstrated experience with project scheduling, project management practices, and technical writing.
  • Familiarity with CAD software including AutoCAD, MicroStation, CAD drafting techniques, and GIS applications.
  • Knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles relevant to foundation design and site assessment.
  • Excellent client communication skills combined with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior construction experience is highly desirable to ensure practical application of design concepts.

If you are a dedicated professional committed to advancing structural engineering practices through innovation and precision, we encourage you to apply. Join our team to contribute your expertise toward shaping resilient structures that stand the test of time.
