Quality Engineer - Relocation Package Offered
Quality engineering role supporting manufacturing quality, process improvement, and problem-solving in an automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PFMEA, core quality tools, capability analysis, and root cause investigations.
Requirements
- 4 years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing
- Automotive OEM, Tier 1, or OES experience preferred
- Strong experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R (MSA), and capability studies
- Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and failure investigations
- Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing quality standards (IATF 16949 preferred)
- Experience supporting production processes, tooling, equipment, and new product launches
Responsibilities
- Lead and support PFMEA and Control Plan activities
- Conduct capability studies, GR&R, and capacity analysis
- Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Support failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards across manufacturing processes
- Partner with engineering, operations, and customers to improve product and process quality
