Program Manager
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years related program management experience.
- Experience in aerospace industry, experienced with aircraft/aviation programs, especially military aviation and the C-130.
- Expertise in FAA and DoD regulatory compliance, namely airworthiness compliance
- Must be skilled in management, quality assurance, program development;
- Background with prototyping and aviation/aerospace engineering would be highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the oversight of all program activities.
- Manages substantial military & civil design, development, integration, test, and documentation operations for multiple tasks.
- Performs monthly program reviews and financial analysis utilizing standardized reporting (e.g.: EVM, PSR, Burn Charts) tools.
- Supervises and directs employees, ensuring that work meets the contractual and established productivity targets.
- Administers operating budgets and monitors results to assure departmental objectives are achieved.
- Develops and implements corrective action plans when required.
- Performs continuous improvement activities aimed at enhancing safety, efficiency, quality, and costs.
