Direct Hire- Materials & Welding Process Engineer
Must be a US Persons and able to work in ITAR Facility
Background we are looking for:
- 2–5 years in:
- Friction welding, inertia welding, or solid-state joining that can create an technical writing with manufacturing and academic environment mindsets.
- OR metallurgical/process engineering in heat treat or joining
- Experience with:
- Weld parameter development
- Metallurgical sample prep & analysis
- DOE, DFM, PPAP, FMEA
- Customer-facing technical support
- Comfortable moving between:
- Lab → shop floor → customer discussion
