What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Design Engineer position at Entegee?
Candidates must be local to the Peoria area. In person interview is required.
Job Description:
90% design, 5-10% analysis
Most important would be the experience designing from concept through to production of material handling and automated equipment. Experience in designing conveyor systems and custom automated equipment. Ideal candidate will have experience in the food manufacturing, pharma or semiconductor industries (clean room environment).
Qualifications:
- Ability to work on-site at Peoria location 100%
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in a 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor is preferred but open to Solidworks as well)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
Teams)
- Experience:
- 5 years of automated machine/material handling/conveyor design experience
- 5 years of 3D CAD experience (Inventor or Solidworks)
Salary : $55 - $60
