Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or design engineering environment
- 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience managing multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Working knowledge of industry regulations
- Working knowledge of manufacturing best practices
- Working knowledge of quality standards
- Proficiency with SolidWorks CAD
- Experience developing manufacturing processes
- Experience creating work instructions
- Experience with tooling design
- Experience with fixture design
- Experience supporting CNC operations
- Experience supporting assembly operations
- Experience supporting design for manufacturability
- Experience supporting design for assembly
- Experience with product troubleshooting
- Experience with root cause analysis
- Experience with CAPA processes
- Experience with New Product Introduction processes
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PDM

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers
- Mentor and develop Manufacturing Engineering staff
- Oversee development of manufacturing processes
- Develop work instructions for production operations
- Oversee tooling design for CNC and assembly operations
- Oversee fixture design for CNC and assembly operations
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers
- Support design for manufacturability activities
- Support design for assembly activities
- Support product troubleshooting
- Partner with sales teams to develop labor and material cost estimates
- Support complex electromechanical RFQs
- Lead root cause analysis for technical production issues
- Lead corrective and preventive action efforts
- Manage New Product Introduction processes
- Support transitions from customer RFQs to full-scale production
- Drive process improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies
- Participate in cross-functional growth initiatives
- Participate in technology roadmap planning
- Participate in long-term capital investment planning
