Reports To: Materials Planning and Logistics Manager

Location: Medley, FL

Salary Range: $65,000 $80,000 annually ($70,000 $75,000 target base salary)

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our clients facility in Medley, FL facility. In this role, you will oversee inventory control, staff supervision, and order fulfillment to ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and in pristine condition. You will be instrumental in maintaining a safe, organized, and highly productive warehouse environment while driving overall fulfillment excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics

• Daily Supervision: Supervise and actively assist in daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and staging operations, including transferring raw and packaging materials to production lines.

• Fulfillment Excellence: Ensure all customer shipments are delivered on time, in full, and in perfect condition.

• Documentation & Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments along with all supporting documentation; properly route received materials to designated plant areas or personnel.

• Process Improvement: Continuously improve operations using Lean Enterprise practices. Optimize warehouse layouts, workflow configurations, and equipment performance to increase efficiency and service quality.

• Standards Compliance: Consistently meet or exceed warehouse operational standards and ensure team compliance with all safety and work procedures.

Inventory Control

• Oversee accurate inventory transactions, routine cycle counts, and reconciliation activities within inventory management systems.

Leadership & Team Development

• People Management: Mentor employees, set clear job expectations, and foster a team-oriented environment focused on shared targets.

• Talent Development: Assist in recruiting, selecting, and training new team members.

• Performance Management: Participate in conducting performance reviews, evaluating employee compliance with operational standards, and recommending disciplinary actions when necessary.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Success Criteria

Drive fulfillment excellence across the network by securing 100% Perfect Order metric compliance for all inbound ingredient/raw material shipments and outbound client deliveries, ruthlessly eliminating logistical errors while minimizing total cost-to-serve.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications; hands-on experience using inventory management systems.

• Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve operational goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

• Certifications: Active Forklift Certification is a plus.
