Ensurity Group Inc is hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter to help us attract, select, and build a high-performing sales team. If you know how to spot great talent, love connecting with people, and want to grow with a company that's scaling fast, we'd love to meet you.
About the Role
You'll own the recruiting process end to end — sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, and moving them smoothly from first contact to hire. You'll be a key driver of our growth, building the team that powers our sales operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels
- Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants for sales and support roles
- Manage the full recruiting pipeline and keep every candidate moving forward
- Clearly explain commissions, contracts, and role expectations to candidates
- Use AI tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms to source and manage talent efficiently
- Support onboarding and coordinate closely with leadership on hiring needs
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required
- Recruiting experience, preferably within MLM, network marketing, or insurance
- Solid understanding of commissions, contracts, and marketing
- Comfortable using AI tools and technology to find and manage candidates
- Honest, reliable, and responsible, with strong communication skills
- Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple candidates and priorities at once
Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
- 100% on-site in Rockwall, TX
