What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Specialist position at RV Print Factory?
About Us
We are a fast-growing print-on-demand wall art manufacturing facility based in the Frisco/Plano, TX area. We produce 1,000 custom framed art pieces daily across four production departments: Print, Cut, Frame Assembly, and Pack & Ship. Our team of 65 production associates powers a high-volume, fast-paced operation with a 2–4 day SLA. We are building our in-house recruiting function to reduce reliance on staffing agencies and build a stronger, more stable workforce.
Role Summary
The Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle for production associate roles and support general HR functions, including onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, builds relationships quickly, and knows how to find and attract reliable hourly workers in the DFW market.
You will be the first dedicated in-house recruiter at this facility — a huge opportunity to build the recruiting function from the ground up.
