Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage referrals to grow our client base
- Follow up on leads and support the sales process from initial contact to closing
- Work within CRM systems and digital tools to keep everything organized
- Manage multiple tasks and screens efficiently in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred, especially in insurance or financial services
- Comfortable using technology; knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a strong advantage
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle several priorities at once
- Not licensed? No problem — you must begin the licensing process within your first 60 days
Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
- 100% on-site in Rockwall, TX
