The Role
- Lead all daily field operations from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, logistics, and site coordination
- Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners
- Develop short-term schedules and maintain overall project milestones
- Lead jobsite meetings and proactively resolve field challenges
- Build strong relationships while representing the company professionally
