Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding candidates across a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide guidance on talent market trends and best hiring practices.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other proactive recruiting channels.
- Maintain an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, coordinating interviews, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintain accurate candidate records, and analyze hiring metrics to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in an agency recruitment role
- Strong work ethic. This is not a 9 to 5. You'll be pushed, developed, and challenged; we only accept people willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work from our downtown Chicago office (hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office)

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential
Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
