A leading construction firm is seeking a Project Scheduler to support large, complex construction projects. This individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules while working closely with project management, field teams, subcontractors, and accounting personnel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain baseline and progress schedules.
- Utilize Primavera P6 to monitor project timelines, resources, costs, and sequencing.
- Identify schedule risks and perform impact analyses related to delays and project changes.
- Track and document change orders, delays, and recovery plans.
- Lead scheduling meetings and provide weekly and monthly schedule updates.
- Analyze schedule impacts on project budgets and forecasts.
- Support claims mitigation, time impact analyses, and contingency planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of construction scheduling experience.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, critical path, float management, schedule recovery, and time impact analysis.
- Experience with claims and delay analysis.
- Ability to work on complex projects and collaborate with large project teams.
- Travel as needed.
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
