A well-established and growing design-build firm is looking to bring on a Mechanical Engineer to support a portfolio of innovative, sustainability-focused construction projects.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fully integrated design-build environment, giving you direct visibility into how your designs come to life in the field. If you enjoy seeing projects through from concept to completion—and want more ownership in the process—this is a role worth exploring.

The Role

You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with both design and construction teams to deliver high-quality mechanical systems.

• Design and engineer HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial and industrial projects
• Work closely with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure seamless delivery
• Support system layout, calculations, and equipment selection
• Participate in site visits and assist with construction-phase coordination
• Contribute to value engineering and system optimization

What They’re Looking For

• Background in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in HVAC / MEP design
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building design
• Ability to collaborate across both office and field teams
• Interest in working on projects from design through to construction
