Responsibilities include:
• Supporting and managing a variety of M&A and private equity transactions
• Drafting and reviewing transaction documents
• Conducting and overseeing corporate due diligence
• Assisting with complex transactions through closing
• Advising on corporate governance matters
Qualifications:
• 3 years of corporate transactional experience, preferably at a mid to large law firm
• Strong experience with M&A transactions and private equity deals
• Familiarity with federal securities laws
• Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills
Salary : $275,000 - $310,000
