Project Manager – Commercial Construction

The Opportunity
This is more than a position managing paperwork from the office. Project Managers are involved throughout the entire construction process, including estimating, design coordination, scheduling, subcontractor selection, financial management, client communication, and closeout.

Ideal Background
- 5 years of experience managing projects for a commercial general contractor
- Proven experience independently leading ground-up construction
- Background in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, office, or distribution projects
- Experience managing projects from estimating and preconstruction through final closeout
- Strong financial management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills
- Procore, Microsoft Project, job-costing, and estimating experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Collaborative leadership style with strong client-facing communication skills
