Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Cincinnati, OH. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale construction and restoration projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members, managing budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The Senior Construction Project Manager will lead project teams to achieve excellence in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Coordination and Project Management, with strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in Construction Project Management and Construction Management, with a track record of successful project completion
- Skilled in Budgeting and financial management, with the ability to control costs effectively while maintaining project quality
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and manage challenges
- Proven ability to lead teams and oversee complex projects with multiple moving parts
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and compliance requirements in the construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in restoration projects and familiarity with insurance claim management is an advantage
