Responsibilities
Automotive Service Excellence Certification (ASE)
Call center, ticket handling experience
Associate’s or Bachelor degree preferred
Automotive repair experience at least 5 years (Stellantis dealership preferred)
Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools and dealer information software
Basic PC software knowledge including Windows basics
Preferred previous call center agent experience
Notes: Must have
1.Automotive degree or background
2.Call center experience
3.Working directly with dealerships and dealership technicians.
3-5 years experience
Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
