Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming first impression
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide administrative and organizational support to Advisors and Brokers including document review and marketing support.
- Assist with daily office operations and maintain a polished, client-ready environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
Technical Skills (Preferred):
- Google Workspace
- Mac operating systems
- Social media platforms
$17-$19/hour. Salary based on experience.
