Weβre partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Milwaukee looking to add a Manufacturing / Process Engineer to their team.
This is a hands-on role where youβll be directly involved in improving processes, supporting new product launches, and driving efficiency across a metal stamping and automated production environment.
What Youβll Be Doing
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, cost, and throughput
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and solve production challenges
- Support new product launches from quoting through full production
- Provide DFM feedback and ensure manufacturability of new designs
- Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and leadership teams
- Support APQP/PPAP activities and process validation
What Weβre Looking For
- 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Background in metal stamping or high-volume manufacturing
- Strong understanding of DFM, APQP, PPAP, and lean principles
- Ability to read prints, understand GD&T, and work with tooling/processes
- Someone who can own projects and drive results on the floor
