On-Site Sales Trainee – Entry Level

About the Role

Looking to build experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement? Our Sales Trainee position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain hands-on experience in a supportive team environment.

You'll receive paid training while working alongside experienced team members to learn customer communication, sales techniques, and event-based marketing. This is an entry-level opportunity with clear opportunities for professional growth based on performance and development.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at retail locations and promotional events
• Welcome customers and provide information about products and services
• Learn and apply effective sales and customer engagement techniques
• Assist with promotional displays and event setup
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
