This is an Entry Level Management Trainee position with a clear path into leadership. You'll begin by mastering our customer acquisition and sales process, then transition into mentoring new team members, leading campaigns, and preparing for future management opportunities.

What You'll Do as an Entry Level Management Trainee:

• Meet with customers face-to-face to educate them on products and services
• Represent one of the nation's leading telecommunications and entertainment brands
• Manage a designated territory throughout the Charlotte area
• Conduct engaging sales presentations and help customers choose the best solutions
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Learn our leadership systems and business operations through hands-on training

What We're Looking For:

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other people-focused roles
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Dependable and professional
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Must currently reside in the Charlotte area and have reliable transportation
