Role Overview
As a Sales Trainee, you’ll learn how to support active outreach campaigns and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop. You’ll start in a guided, team-based environment and progress into more independent client-facing work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on communication and sales fundamentals
- Support customer engagement efforts in retail and event environments
- Learn how to present product and service information clearly and effectively
- Assist senior team members during live campaigns and promotions
- Track basic customer feedback and engagement results
- Gradually transition into handling full customer interactions independently
