A growing Pharmacy Management Team is seeking a compassionate, patient-centric Pharmacist to lead operations, support clinical staff, and enhance the patient experience. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge role where you’ll be empowered to manage your pharmacy, staff, workflows, and provider relationships.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Serve as the clinical pharmacy partner to healthcare providers and clinic teams
• Provide medication education and support to patients
• Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff
• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations including:
• Patient safety & quality assurance
• Regulatory compliance
• Customer service
• Inventory & workflow management
• Financial performance
• Stay current with HIPAA and Fraud, Waste & Abuse standards
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• BS Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited university
• Active pharmacy license in the practicing state
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Retail pharmacy experience a plus
• Immunization certification preferred
• Strong communication skills & a passion for patient care
