A growing Pharmacy Management Team is seeking a compassionate, patient-centric Pharmacist to lead operations, support clinical staff, and enhance the patient experience. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge role where you’ll be empowered to manage your pharmacy, staff, workflows, and provider relationships.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Serve as the clinical pharmacy partner to healthcare providers and clinic teams
- Provide medication education and support to patients
- Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff
- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations including:
- Patient safety & quality assurance
- Regulatory compliance
- Customer service
- Inventory & workflow management
- Financial performance
- Stay current with HIPAA and Fraud, Waste & Abuse standards
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- BS Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited university
- Active pharmacy license in the practicing state
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Retail pharmacy experience a plus
- Immunization certification preferred
- Strong communication skills & a passion for patient care
