Immediate opening for a hybrid perm, full-time Epic Application Manager, Ambulatory. Location: IL/CST Time Zone. Salary: $105-156K Full Benefits.
- Min 2 yrs of management experience and project management required.
- Epic Certification in Ambulatory preferred.
- Must have experience with Epic Clinical modules i.e. Ambulatory, Willow, Healthy Planet, Beacon.
- We are seeking someone who can build relationships between the operations team and IT Team.
- Main scope: Provide coordination, communication, and oversight for applications within an assigned area of the Epic system as well as direct management of the application analyst team.
- Will help to maintain the scope, schedule, and quality of the work in specific application area or team in current and future systems.
- Will guide workflow design, build and testing of the system, and analyzing other technical issues associated with Epic software
- Set clear expectations for team members, including defining what they should do at each phase of projects, upgrades, and maintenance
- Advise and coach team members by providing guidance on issues, key success factors, and lessons learned etc.
- Participate in training and work with end users
- Develop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows
- Bachelor’s degree required. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Salary : $105,000 - $156,000
