A Senior Living Organization is seeking an Executive Director who will provide strategic leadership and comprehensive oversight for an Independent Living Community in the NYC area.
This role oversees the daily operations of the senior living community, including staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and the maintenance of a welcoming and inclusive environment. The Executive Director is involved in all facets of community operations, including Hospitality, Dining, Programming, Sales, Maintenance, and the Business Office.
Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Services, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of leadership experience in an Independent Living, Assisted Living, or similar senior care setting.
- Proven success managing operations, budgets, and staff within a service-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Jewish culture and tradition preferred.
- Experience working in a Kosher dining environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting.
- Ability to build effective relationships with staff, residents, families, and community partners.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Compassionate, resident-focused mindset with a commitment to enhancing quality of life.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
