POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Service Supervisor is a result driven leader with strong supervisory skills and is a customer service-oriented team member who oversees filed operations and ensures exceptional service delivery. You are an integral part of the EnerStar Solutions guiding teams, maintain compliance, and fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team to ensure safety and productivity
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate with Management team on a regular basis
- Communicate with EnerStar clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain DOT compliance on all EnerStar vehicles, CMV and Non CMV
- Ensure all tickets are signed prior to leaving location
- Ensure all team members are using proper PPE at all times
- Promote quality assurance to EnerStar clients
- Gain working knowledge of the company’s online systems to boost company structure and order. KPA, FieldCap, BambooHR, Geotab
- Provide support to the District Manager and serve as a back-up in job-related responsibilities
- Additional responsibilities: as identified and assigned
Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar Solutions.
Job Demands & Work Environment
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, climb, walk, and stand for extended periods; work in confined spaces.
- Medical Fitness: Must meet safety and fitness standards; pre-employment and periodic evaluations may apply.
- Work Conditions: Outdoor work in varying weather conditions and exposure to environmental factors such as dust and noise.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a related industry
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
- Ability to perform under pressure and motivate others
- Commitment to safety and customer service excellence
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel as needed
