- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree 10 years experience OR
- Master’s degree 8 years experience
- Aboveground and underground storage tank compliance
- Fueling and fuel transfer operations
- Developing spill prevention and tank management plans
- Contingency planning
- Working with regulators and operational staff
- Preparing reports and regulatory documentation
- Conducting compliance audits and assessments
- Tank design reviews
- Oversight of tank installation and removal
