EnDyna, a woman-owned small business based in McLean, Virginia, is seeking a Senior Scientist – Resiliency to support federal facility resiliency initiatives for a forthcoming Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Environmental Compliance, Planning, and Resiliency contract in the Washington, DC metro area. This program supports complex, multi-site federal environmental operations across compliance, sustainability, and resiliency initiatives.

Position Overview

The Senior Scientist will provide technical leadership for resiliency planning, program implementation, and performance tracking across federal facilities.

Position Requirements

Security

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree 10 years experience OR
  • Master’s degree 8 years experience

Required Experience

  • Supporting facility-level resiliency programs
  • Implementing resilient planning, design, and operations
  • Conducting resiliency project reviews
  • Responding to data calls and research requests
  • Delivering resiliency training
  • Tracking program performance and initiatives

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with DoD Extreme Conditions Assessment Tool (DECAT)

Compensation

Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with education and experience and include paid leave, 401(k), and health insurance.
