EnDyna, a woman-owned small business based in McLean, Virginia, is seeking a Program Manager to support a forthcoming Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Environmental Compliance, Planning, and Resiliency contract in the Washington, DC metro area. This program supports complex, multi-site federal environmental operations across compliance, sustainability, and resiliency initiatives.

Position Overview

The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight for a large, multi-million-dollar environmental program supporting multiple concurrent task orders. This role ensures high-quality execution, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination between government stakeholders and contractor teams.

Position Requirements

Security

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance (pre-screened; no known disqualifiers)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering AND 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in program management OR
  • Master’s degree in science or engineering AND 13 years of relevant experience, including 8 years in program management

Required Experience

  • Managing large, multi-million-dollar environmental programs with multiple task orders
  • Oversight of facility-level, multi-media environmental compliance programs
  • Leading routine performance reviews with contractor staff
  • Coordinating regularly with Government Program Managers
  • Managing schedules, priorities, and budgets
  • Conducting technical reviews and ensuring deliverable quality
  • Managing subcontractors and deploying staff efficiently across sites

Preferred Experience

  • Oversight of NEPA, cultural resources, or natural resource programs
  • Experience supporting facility-level resiliency programs

Compensation

Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with education and experience and include paid leave, 401(k), and health insurance.
