Position Requirements
Security
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance (pre-screened; no known disqualifiers)
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering AND 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in program management OR
- Master’s degree in science or engineering AND 13 years of relevant experience, including 8 years in program management
- Managing large, multi-million-dollar environmental programs with multiple task orders
- Oversight of facility-level, multi-media environmental compliance programs
- Leading routine performance reviews with contractor staff
- Coordinating regularly with Government Program Managers
- Managing schedules, priorities, and budgets
- Conducting technical reviews and ensuring deliverable quality
- Managing subcontractors and deploying staff efficiently across sites
- Oversight of NEPA, cultural resources, or natural resource programs
- Experience supporting facility-level resiliency programs
