Finish Carpenter – Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Oregon (Primarily between Eugene and Portland)
Pay: $25 – $40 DOE
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in finish carpentry and cabinet fabrication. Full-time is preferred, but we’re open to part-time for the right individual.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate custom cabinets and counters using wood, plastic laminate, and solid surface materials
- Install interior trim and finish carpentry components
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Create accurate cut lists and plan materials accordingly
- Work on a variety of projects including commercial cabinet installs, wood door fabrication, and residential builds
- Occasionally perform work on prevailing wage jobs and ground-up new construction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a finish carpenter
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with carpentry tools and methods (currently a non-CNC shop)
- Reliable transportation (CDL is a plus)
- Willingness to travel between Eugene and Portland
- Comfortable with both indoor and occasional outdoor work
Compensation:
- Competitive pay ranging from $25 to $40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
