Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cabinet Builder to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and finishing custom cabinets and furniture pieces with precision and craftsmanship. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation of cabinets.
• Cut, shape, assemble, and install cabinetry using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment while adhering to safety standards.
• Perform precise measurements and layout work for cabinet installation, including door hanging, fixture installation, siding, and trim carpentry.
• Handle heavy lifting safely during the transportation and positioning of large cabinet components.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure adherence to specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety protocols related to power tool safety, scaffolding, rebar installation, masonry work, plumbing, electrical experience, and other construction activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating, trim carpentry, framing carpentry, or related fields within the restoration or manufacturing industries.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately.
• Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, chisels, drills; power tools including sanders, routers; CNC machinery; and metal stud framing equipment.
• Knowledge of woodworking techniques including cabinetry fabrication, door hanging, fixture installation, tile laying, flooring installation, plastering, stucco application, roofing basics, water damage restoration, mold remediation, siding installation, electrical work & plumbing basics.
• Experience with heavy lifting safely handling large or bulky materials on-site or in manufacturing settings.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and schematics interpretation.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings related to rebar installation or concrete forming when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on safety procedures such as power tool safety protocols.
• Construction site experience demonstrating adaptability across various environments including remodeling projects or restoration industry settings.

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
