IT Operations Center Analyst (24x7 Operations Support)
Location: Norristown, Pennsylvania
Type: Long term contract
We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Center Analyst to support a 24x7 production operations environment. This role requires working in a rotating shift schedule:
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
(including weekdays and weekends)
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring critical production technology environments, troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts, and ensuring system stability with minimal business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Monitor and support production IT systems in a 24x7 environment
✔ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and application issues
✔ Escalate incidents to appropriate support teams when required
✔ Coordinate restoration activities to minimize downtime
✔ Work closely with internal IT teams, business users, and stakeholders
✔ Analyze alerts from monitoring tools and take corrective actions
✔ Provide detailed shift handover updates and incident reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments
• Knowledge across multiple hardware and software technologies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operations environment
• Experience with monitoring tools, incident management, and operational support
