Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize all facets of enterprise IT operations, including coordination with managed service providers (MSPs) and internal technical teams.
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), cybersecurity protocols, and technology roadmap plans.
- Assess business requirements, identify operational gaps, and deliver scalable, cost-efficient technology solutions.
- Manage key vendor relationships, lead contract negotiations, and oversee IT budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor emerging industry trends and proactively implement risk mitigation strategies, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity measures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex IT operations.
- Proven track record in deploying enterprise systems, with strong expertise in CRM platforms—real estate industry experience is a strong advantage.
