Responsibilities:
- Sales order entry
- Purchase order entry
- Exceptional customer service while planning and prioritizing the needs based upon the customer
- Able to multi task while working in a fast paced environment
- Able to communicate effectively and calmly with the guidance of leadership ensuring quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Proven ability to solve account related problems while creating business development opportunities
- Basic buying and vendor negotiations are necessary
- Knowledge of VMI and Customer Contracts
Qualifications:
- A successful associate will be goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Customer Service experience
- Good analytic and organizational abilities required
- Attentive to detail
- Quick learner
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Technical and mechanical inclination a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis in Outlook and Excel
