Endera is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Account Manager to join our purchasing team at Endera, a leading company in electric mobility solutions.
Position Overview
The Regional Sales Account Manager leads sales growth across the Northeast states by developing new business, managing key accounts, and promoting the company’s full line of shuttle bus and school bus products. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on field sales, requiring strong industry knowledge, relationship‑building skills, and the ability to close complex, high‑value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new shuttle bus sales opportunities within the region.
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Conduct on‑site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations for prospective customers.
- Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including transit agencies, universities, municipalities, senior living communities, hotels, and private operators.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor customer fleet needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
Market & Product Expertise
- Stay current on shuttle bus models, features, regulations, and competitive offerings.
- Track regional market trends and provide feedback to leadership on product development opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and regional conferences.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, production, and finance teams to ensure accurate specifications and smooth order fulfillment.
- Partner with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and territory performance reports.
Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience in commercial vehicle, bus, fleet, or transportation equipment sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage a multi‑state territory with frequent travel.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred
- Experience selling shuttle buses, paratransit vehicles, or specialty transportation equipment.
- Knowledge of DOT, ADA, and FMVSS regulations.
- Existing relationships with transit agencies, fleet operators, or government procurement teams.
- CDL Class B license.
