JOB PURPOSE:
The Data and Quality Assurance Analyst will assist in the creation, maintenance and dissemination of information related to services to clients and program outcomes. This includes data input, data quality, building reports, user support, and analysis of client information. This position also provides support to all Community Housing Assistance Programs by troubleshooting application and data problems, fulfilling data requests, creating and updating standards of operating procedures (SOP), and tracking deliverables. This role ensures that the services provided to clients are timely, complete, documented, and carried out according to related contracts and policies & procedures. The Data and Quality Assurance Analyst provides focused support for the day-to-day operations of multiple data systems and program audits.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Requires data or information management related systems experience. 2 years in social services or a customer service focused environment. Strong analytical and problem skills including the ability to apply reason, logic and critical thinking in order to gather, analyze, manipulate data, identify, isolate and correct data errors. Use these skills to determine root cause and impact of data anomalies.
- Experience with managing data, data analysis or data quality assurance
- Expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining to develop tools and processes that enhance programmatic outcomes
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Extremely high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with individuals across all organizational levels
- Problem solver and self-starter who takes initiative
- Equally comfortable working collaboratively and independently
LICENSES: Driver’s License with clear record required.
VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice. Up to 25-30% travel within county and surrounding areas.
OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required to meet business needs. Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others.
