What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Analyst position at Asenda Health Inc?
We are looking for a senior Quality Assurance Lead. This person will play a key role on the core development and QA team that is working on building our next generation suite of products. As a member of our core development and QA team, this person will contribute significantly to the application quality of various features using agile methodologies.
This role will also assist with business requirements and analysis at the early stage of the product development life cycle. In addition to bringing their experience, this role will also require learning and adapting responsibilities on an as needed basis.
Your Role
- Perform QA function in an agile development environment
- Ability to analyze and document issues in development, test, and prod environments
- Attention to detail regarding processes
- Clearly communicate with team members and business associates
- Work with engineers to fulfill business requirements
- Document business need mapping to development work
- Provide detailed analysis, troubleshooting and evaluation of development work
- Assist in timely roll-out routines for development projects
- Test functionality and methods across browser environments
- Perform load testing prior to major deployments
- Partner with business analysts, security, product managers and other developers to fully understand product requirements and solutions which meet these requirements.
- Mentor, coach and share knowledge with other team members throughout the technology organization.
