Intern, Copywriter
The Role And What You’ll Do
We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses, including global cultural marketing agency 160/90; global licensing business IMG Licensing; and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). All internships are in the office and in person.
In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.
Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the internship location.

The Role And What You’ll Do
- Support the copy team across a wide range of projects, including brand, digital, print, presentation, and experiential work
- Assist with all form of copy
- Help prep, organize, and maintain design files for internal and client-facing use
- Participate in creative reviews, brainstorms, and team discussions
- Gain exposure to real client work and an understanding of how creative teams collaborate across disciplines
- Learn agency workflows, creative process, and best practices
- Other creative-related duties as specified by your manager
- Currently pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, or similar field
- Be fearless and not afraid to fail
- A natural curiosity for the unique, the buzz-worthy and the culturally relevant with a willingness to push forward brave, new ideas
- The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do better
- A portfolio of student or personal work demonstrating visual thinking and craftsmanship

- January: Remaining positions posted. Recruiters begin to review applications and contact candidates.
- Mid-March: Roles will be filled on a rolling basis, with the goal of extending most offers by middle of March.
- June 8 – August 14: US internship program dates
- June 29 – September 4: EMEA internship program dates
