What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide personalized support in the individual's home and throughout the community.

Each Day May Include

• Helping individuals learn and practice everyday life skills
• Supporting community outings, appointments, and recreational activities
• Encouraging independence while providing guidance and supervision
• Assisting with personal care when necessary
• Building trusting relationships with individuals and their families
• Working with your Care Coordinator to help individuals reach their personal goals

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Successful completion of paid training provided by Endeavor
