What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll become an important part of someone's support system by providing personalized care and encouragement.

Your Day May Include

• Teaching independent living and everyday life skills
• Supporting community outings, shopping, and recreational activities
• Assisting with personal care when appropriate
• Encouraging communication, confidence, and personal growth
• Helping individuals work toward their personal goals
• Partnering with families and Care Coordinators to provide exceptional support
• Completing simple documentation using our mobile app

Experience in caregiving is helpful but not required. We believe great DSPs come from many backgrounds, and we're happy to train the right people.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Completion of paid training provided by Endeavor
